Villa by the Sea is one of the Premier Properties located in Conchas Chinas, The“Beverly Hills”of Puerto Vallarta. This magnificent property has 12 bedrooms and 14 bathroom with over 24,000 sf. The Villa has 9,000 sf of breath taking terraces and is suitable for many purposes. This custom designed property is on 4 levels with 3 large terraces and a large swimming pool. This is a perfect villa for large family reunions, corporate groups or a large group of friends.
The main level has one bedroom, the primary living space, dining room, kitchen and entertaining area. The views of Banderas Bay, the jungle and Puerto Vallarta coastline are spectacular. On the two floors above are 6 bedrooms. On the upper terrace is an Infinity Jacuzzi pool that waterfalls down over the dining room wall in to the swimming pool on the main level. The dramatic effect is truly unforgetable.
From the main level there is a spiral staircase that descends to a large game room complete with bar, pool table and a big screen TV with satellite receptions. Outside is a large terrace and 4 additional bedrooms (3 of which have living rooms). There is one more bedroom near the entrance.
