Payment Policy: Rate: All tax included-16 guest maximum** All rates quoted are in US dollars and must be paid by cashiers check. Payment must be received within 7 days of booking confirmation. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. Full payment due if booked less than 50 days prior to arrival. A $1000 refundable secruity deposit is also due with final payment.

Cancellation Policy: All bookings are non refundable if canceled 61 days prior to arrival date unless villa can be re rented for exact dates canceled, a refund will be given and you will incure a $1000 facilitating fee. If canceled 60 days or less prior to arrival date, no refund. All holiday bookings are completely non refundagle. Bookings can be moved to different date with a facilitating fee except for holiday bookings. Trip cancellation insurance is offered.

Rules: Terms and conditions contract to be sent once Villa booking is confirmed. Contract be signed and returned with deposit payment to confirm booking.
